How the draw works
Entries are public
Each entry is numbered in purchase order and recorded on-chain. The full list is readable before the draw, so the size of the pool can’t be inflated after the fact.
The index comes from the chain
At close, a Switchboard On-Demand randomness value picks one index out of the entries sold. We don’t supply it and we can’t replay it.
Anyone can recheck it
The randomness value, the entry count and the winning index all stay on-chain. Re-running the arithmetic is the entire audit.
